3A Series is manufactured according to ASTM A269 / ASTM A270 including S2 and the specifications of 3A and EN 10217-7, using the best quality Stainless Steel materials of grade 304, 304L, 316, 316L
We offers both unpolished bead completely removed 3A0 (A269) and mechanically polished 3A1 (A270) tubing in the outside diameter of 1/2" to 6" and guarantees Ra values of ID 20 (0.5 um) and OD 30 (0.8 um)
3A Specifications
Bright Annealed with 99.99% hydrogen gas at the minimum temperature level of 1040 deg.C and rapidly queched to achieve the maximum cold-finish effect
Weld ends are corner-cut at 90 degrees to the tube length, offering superior repeatablity for automatic orbital welding, and hand welding. All 3A tubes are thoroughly rinsed with de-ionized water
Tubes are also manufactured according to Sanitary International Standards DIN 11850, DIN 11866, SMS, JIS G3447, AS1528.1, ISO, ASTM, EN DIN 1.4301, EN DIN 1.4307, EN DIN 1.4404, EN DIN 1.4435 with Guarantee Surface Finish ID 20 Ra (0.5um) & OD 32 Ra (0.8um)
